Flexibility is key to booking an awesome vacation!

It’s important that you are flexible when selecting your destination and travel dates. Most resorts typically make available the weeks that they’re certain won’t fill up. But, with that said, many resorts also make extra weeks available for a higher cost. And, to give you even greater flexibility, we’ve also included some resorts that only make weeks available for an increased rate. Don’t worry, if you just want to book a basic package without any upgrades, there’s plenty to choose from.

What locations are available for my travel voucher?

Your travel voucher can be used to travel to locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean!

How do I log in to use my travel voucher?

If you you received your travel voucher certificate via email, use that email address as the username. Each certificate has a voucher code listed on it, use that code as your password.

Are there any age restrictions to use the travel voucher?

Many resorts do have a minimum age required to check-in. Those minimum ages are disclosed under each hotel’s or resort’s profile.

How many times can I use my travel voucher?

Each travel voucher code is unique and may only be used one time.

Is Hawaii available to book?

Yes, absolutely! We have around 4or 5 different resorts in Hawaii for you to choose from!

Are there any all-inclusive options available?

Yes! We are happy to offer you the opportunity to book All-Inclusive stays in multiple locations. Just be sure to reference and understand the all-inclusive fee schedule before booking your stay.

At the time of confirmation, you’ll pay a base price and the additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on the resort’s page as well as during the booking process.

How many people is the voucher good for?

You’re welcome to bring as many people as the room you book is designed to sleep at no extra cost! In some resorts, the basic room sleeps 2 people. In others, the basic room sleeps 4. But, there are plenty of options that will sleep 6 or 8 people, too!

Please keep in mind that some sleeping spaces may be designed for children. For example, a room that sleeps 4 could be two queen beds, or it could be one king plus a sofa bed.

If you book a suite designated as 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or 3-bedroom, it’s safe to assume that each bedroom will have a bed that sleeps two, and any additional sleeping spaces are probably sofa beds.

If the exact bed configuration is important to you, it’s best to call the resort to ask.

Are the vacation stays cancellable?

No, these condo and resorts stays are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once the booking is made, it isn’t possible to cancel the stay.

Why do some weeks cost extra?

Depending on the location, season, unit size, and amenities, some stays will cost more than others.

Can I book less than 7 nights?

Most of our resorts only allow us to book specific 7-night blocks, but you’re not required to stay all 7 nights. However, if you plan to check in on a date other than your scheduled check-in date, you should contact the resort to let them know what day you will be arriving.

That said, a few resorts do allow us to book 3 or 5-night stays. The length of the stay will always be specified in the booking engine.
